OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. – The Shed, a popular barbecue restraurant north of Ocean Springs, will debut as television’s latest reality show Monday evening. The Food Network show will focus on the Orrisons, who run the barbecue. For eight weeks the family ran the restaurant while TV crews followed their every move. The Shed opened in 2002 and measured only 330 square feet, expanding to about 15,000 over the years. The success of the original Shed led to the opening of two more in Gulfport and Mobile, Ala.
