OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. — Downtowns are back. That’s according to Patrice Frey, president of the National Main Street Center. She was the keynote speaker Tuesday at the Destination Downtown conference in Ocean Springs. Frey said there’s a downtown renaissance happening across the country, and that each one is unique.
