PASCAGOULA, Miss. — Bruce Chinn has been named general manager of the Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, effective March 1. Chinn, who currently works as a deputy upgrader manager in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, for Chevron Global Technology Services Co., will succeed current general manager Tom Kovar, who is retiring in April. Kovar is retiring after 36 years with Chevron, the last four of those years as refinery general manager in Pascagoula. Prior to his current assignment, Chinn served as refinery operations manager at Chevron’s refinery in Richmond, Calif. (Source: Mississippi Press, 02/03/14)
