PASCAGOULA, Miss. – Paul J. Albert has been appointed as president and CEO of VT Bollinger, effective immediately, according to a company release. Albert, who joined VT Bollinger as senior vice president of production in 2002, was named chief operation officer in 2009. He had served as the interim president and chief executive officer since July 2016. VT Bollinger, headquartered in Pascagoula, is a subsidiary of Vision Technologies Systems.
