Huntington Ingalls Industries, Pascagoula, Miss., is awarded an $11,865,451 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-2410) for acceleration of the LPD 17 Flight II ship design. Work will be performed in Pascagoula and is expected to be completed by February 2019. Fiscal 2018 and 2017 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,062,569 will be obligated at time of award, and $62,569 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
