PASCAGOULA, Miss. — The city of Pascagoula is opening a new waterfront, dog-friendly River Park at Lowry Island on Friday. The ribbon-cutting marks the end of phase two of the renovation. It included a parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, a concrete wharf, a renovated boat ramp, a fuel dock, pier repairs, park amenities and a designated dog park.
