PASCAGOULA, Miss. — The city of Pascagoula is now accepting applications to fill vacancies at Anchor Square, a start-up business incubator in downtown. There are currently two one-bedroom units available for lease, officials said. Anchor Square was established as a retail and restaurant start-up incubator in 2011.
