GAUTIER, Miss. — A new medical center being built in Gautier could draw more development to an untapped interstate-adjacent corridors. Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists has broken ground on a 48,000-square-foot office complex just off Mississippi 57 and north of Interstate 10 to house its physicians, as well as offices for Encore Rehabilitation and Deconness Home Health. The complex, on 7 acres, is the first part of a two-phase project and should be open by May 2016, said Christian Dose, the director of facilities for Bienville Orthopaedic.
