MOSS POINT, Miss. – Moss Point is spending $30,000 to $40,000 to turn a vacant building into multi-purpose space with a store that sells fishing supplies, drinks and other items. The old pallet mill is just south of the overpass bridge on Mississippi 613 near the Escatawpa River.
