PASCAGOULA, Miss. — Brian Cuccias, newly installed president of Ingalls Shipbuilding, gave the keynote speech Thursday at the spring investors meeting of the Jackson County Economic Development Foundation. Cuccias, who has headed up Ingalls for two months, provided an overview of the number of ships being built by the shipyard. The luncheon attracted industrial and business leaders from throughout the county.
