PASCAGOULA, Miss. — The Jackson County Economic Development Foundation Inc. announces that Brian Cuccias, president of Ingalls Shipbuilding and corporate vice president of Huntington Ingalls, and Jim Estabrook, president of Estabrook Motor Co., joined the foundation’s board of directors. The foundation is a public-private economic development partnership comprised of nearly 100 investor organizations and is led by a 16 member board, including two members from the Jackson County Board of Supervisors and the Jackson County Port Authority, the mayor of Pascagoula, Moss Point, Gautier and Ocean Springs and eight corporate sector at-large members.
