NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Huntington Ingalls Industries has acquired S.M. Stoller Corp., a provider of environmental, nuclear and technical consulting and engineering services. The value of the transaction was not released. Stoller has provided environmental and technical support to the U.S. government and nuclear power industry for more than 54 years. Stoller will be a wholly owned subsidiary of HII and will operate under its NNS division. Huntington Ingalls also operates Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, Miss.
