Ocean Springs getting mixed-use development

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. – Mayor Connie Moran said Wednesday during the quarterly Breakfast With the Mayor that financing had been approved for the $30 million Township of Oceans Springs mixed-use development on U.S. 90. It marks the largest single private investment in Ocean Springs since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The development will feature a 200,000 square foot mixture of retail, restaurant and office space, along with four floors of high-end condominiums, Moran said. (Source: Mississippi Press, 02/20/13)
