Contract: Lockheed, $8.2M

Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, N.J., is awarded an $8,242,834 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-15-C-5151) to exercise options for ship integration and test of the Aegis Weapon System (AWS) for AWS Baselines through Advanced Capability Build 16. Work will be performed in Camden, N.J. (43 percent); Pascagoula, Miss. (25 percent); Norfolk, Va. (12 percent); Everett, Wash. (10 percent); Virginia Beach, Va. (6 percent); San Diego, Calif. (3 percent); and Washington, D.C. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2024. Fiscal 2015 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy); and 2019 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $8,242,834 will be obligated at the time of award. No contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. (Source: DoD, 02/19/19)
